I wanted to put some pictures of the playroom that Deveren did the railing in down in St. George (in the Parade of Homes) . It is the coolest, most elaborate playroom I have ever seen in my life! It turned out AMAZING!! I want to show everyone how talented he is!!

Ok so Bailie does the funniest facial expressions right now... She says "Oh wow" and makes a little O shape with her mouth. She has the saddest frowny face ever!! It seriously makes you melt. The funniest one she does is with her nose!! She started doing it maybe 2 months ago and it is hilarious..... I don't really know how to explain it, but she scrunches her nose up and breathes really heavy but only through her nose!!! I love it so much!!

Bailie's Birthday Party

Last night we had a party for Bailie. I can't believe she is already a year old! We made chocolate cupcakes with chocolate frosting and had vanilla ice cream with it. Deveren strategically placed the cupcakes in a really cool formation on the table. It was really cute. Oh, and we put pink streamers and pink balloons around the house.
Bailie was so funny when it came to her cake eating... She had her own big girl angel food cake with whip cream mixed with hershey's syrup (one of Dev's family traditions). At first she picked at it with her fingers, then when she really got into it, she used only her mouth!! The pictures will show a lot better than I can explain it.... HAPPY BIRTHDAY MISS BAILIE

Our new diet

Dev and I started a new diet today.... It's called P90X. Pretty much it is a 90 day program that teaches you to eat really healthy and get SUPER toned. Usually people that are in shape and want to get ripped do it because it is so intense, but we want to do it to get in shape and then do it again to get ripped!! We are so out of shape it is ridiculous! We are doing ok with the diet part but we did our first workout today and it is hard work! I know it will get better when we are in better shape but I am really discouraged now! I was expecting it to be hard but the guys on the video were like doing tons of pushups and these crazy moves!
I have decided that I HATE salmon. I almost puked after trying it tonight for dinner!! I hope the meals get better....

Swiss Family Robinson

Last weekend Deveren and I left Bailie with my mom and we went up to Salt Lake and stayed at the Anniversary Inn for his birthday. Yes he did get a real birthday thos year and just so you know he turned 6! The anniversary Inn is a really cool place. It is a hotel that has themed rooms. We stayed in 4 different rooms for our honeymoon. We stayed in the Jungle Safari, Mountain Hideaway, Sultan's Palace, and Treasure Island. It was so much fun! We stayed in the Swiss Family Robinson room this time which was fun because our bed was in a tree house and the bath tub was a waterfall. It was so relaxing. I have decided that every married couple needs to have a Getaway Trip at least once a year.... I think that it is absolutely necessary! It made me a better wife and mother because I had a break. It was so relaxing...
Deveren has been busy with some friends trying to come up with some plans for a business that they want to start together... I will let you guys know as soon as I have some concrete details.
Bailie still isn't walking.... She seems really close but not quite. We are hoping she starts walking before her first birthday....... We only have a few weeks left!!! She has been getting into EVERYTHING so that is really fun chasing her around!! On the other hand, she is teething and therefore she is very cranky.
