Boy Or A Girl???? I Know!!!!

Since we are leaving in less than 2 weeks for Florida and will be there for 3 1/2 weeks, we would miss our 20 week ultrasound. For those of you that know me I am very impatient and don't like waiting....
An amazing lady in my ward works at my doctors office and said she might be able to get us in for a quick ultrasound. We couldn't say no to that!
Even though I am only 16 1/2 weeks pregnant we got to see if it is a boy or a girl.

So I was going to be really mean and make everyone guess what they think we are having... But I couldn't get the poll thing to work so I guess I will just tell you.....

Here is our little guy...

We are so thrilled!! I am a little (ok A LOT) shocked because I totally thought it was going to be a girl! I dodn't care either way, I just want a healthy baby!! We couldn't be happier!!!

Change....

Ok so I am ready for change. I am all for switching things up... I love it. When I am pregnant my need for change increases like CRAZY!! So I went and got my hair done today...

I have NEVER had dark hair before, so it's WAY different. I'm still getting used to it, but I think I will like it...

Girls Night Out

Sara and I had a girls night out last night... It was so much fun!!! We got pedicures, which were amazing, saw a really cute movie (Confessions of a Shopoholic) and went to Macaroni Grill for dinner. It was a blast and we need to do more of those!! Thanks so much Sara!

Bailie Girl~
I can't believe you are 2 already! It went by so fast!!! You are such an amazing little girl. I want to know how much I love you. You are so sweet, caring, loving, and kind. I love spending every day with you and seeing you grow. I learn things from you each day. I know you are going to be the best big sister. I hope you stay my sweet girl forever. I am trying to be the best mom I can and I am grateful you are so patient with me. I hope we can make this day great for you! Happy Birthday, Bailie. I love you baby.

A Day and the Park

Bailie and I met my sister and her 2 boys at the park yesterday and we had a picnic... The kids had so much fun playing together and running around. The weather was perfect. Here are some of the highlights of the day.

Cougar got put in timeout and Bailie was sad cause she couldn't play with him...

She still figured out a way though!

Lately Bree and Bailie have been playing so well together! They have become great friends. Here is a little glimpse of how they act towards eachother (usually).

The Time Has Come

I am so nervous about potty training my baby! I wish she just knew how so I wouldn't have to go through the teaching process.... But there is NO WAY I am going to have 2 kids in diapers... I still have 6 months til baby #2 comes but I don't want to cut it too close... WISH ME LUCK!!

And The Winner Is....

So Bailie had a run in with my curling iron on Sunday... She has 2 blisters on her index and middle finger... I feel like a horrible mother. I know better now.

I think I have have some serious skills when it comes to wrapping little fingers and hands... It can't be too tight or too bulky, but has to cover the wound.


She is doing great though. It doesn't seem to bug her at all which is very comforting. I think it bothers me more than her. Poor girl.

Are You Freaking Kidding Me???

So The Bachelor finale was on last night.... Need I say more? I am so shocked with the outcome! Jason was my favorite Bachelor ever! I really feel he has SERIOUS issues! How can he choose an amazing girl like Melissa, propose to her, tell her he wants to spend forever with her, and then give up when it gets rough? And then to make it worse, break up with her on television, and ask for another chance with the girl he rejected! That's just not right. I LOVE that Melissa held her own and didn't hold anything back. It made Jason look like a total weener! I love it! I really hope Melissa is the new Bachelorette!
